Dubai has recently opened its first-ever beach exclusively for dogs.

The beach is designed to provide a dedicated space for dogs to play, run, and swim without any restrictions.

Dubai has opened its first beach park specially designed for dogs. The Dubai Islands Beach is the first location in Dubai where dogs can swim in the sea. It's situated on the northern coastline of Dubai, around the Deira waterfront area, and is free-to-access and dog-friendly. The beach also offers a new dog park where dogs can run leash-free. This 460 sq m space is open daily from 8 am to 6 pm and features an obstacle course with slalom posts, a hoop ring for dogs to jump through, and a platform for practicing high jumps. It also has a ramp, an agility seesaw, a hoop ring, a pet shower, and a drinking fountain exclusively for dogs.

Apart from being a dog beach, Dubai Islands Beach also offers plenty of activities for two-legged owners, such as sports activities like beach volleyball and beach football and non-motorized water sports like paddleboarding and kayaking. You can also relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful beach scenery. The beach is within walking distance of Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai and Hotel Riu Dubai. If you have a boat or yacht, you can anchor them at the nearby Nakheel Marina Dubai Islands. If not, the beach is accessible by road if you follow Al Khaleej Street past Souk Al Marfa. The beach is accessible and open daily from 8 am to 6 pm. It's located at Deira Waterfront, near Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai.
