Etihad Airways has initiated an extensive recruitment campaign on World Cabin Crew Day aimed at recruiting 1,000 individuals to join their esteemed team. Successful candidates will be part of the "Leading Cabin Crew" of 2024, recognized by the World Travel Awards Middle East.

Etihad boasts a diverse team representing 112 nationalities, all based in Abu Dhabi. As part of their employment package, cabin crew members receive fully furnished modern accommodation, medical insurance, allowances, as well as discounts on dining, shopping, leisure activities, and car hire, in addition to a competitive salary.

Prior aviation experience is not mandatory as successful candidates will be trained at Etihad Aviation Training’s Zayed Campus in Abu Dhabi.
