On Monday, ADX gains AED13.5 billion due to financial blue chips.

Today, the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed with gains, increasing its market cap by over AED13.5 billion. This growth was driven by strong performances from financial blue-chip companies. The total market capitalization of UAE local stocks reached AED3.451 trillion by the end of the trading session. Out of this, AED2.777 trillion was for stocks listed on the ADX and the rest for stocks listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

A total of AED1.3 billion in liquidity was attracted by local stocks today, with AED2.7 million traded in Abu Dhabi and AED3.3 million in Dubai. The trading activity involved approximately 626.9 million shares through over 25,100 deals.

The FTSE ADX index closed up by 0.1% at 9022.32 points, and the DFM's general index closed at 4000.25 points.
