On September 5, the UAE national team will play against Qatar in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has released the schedule for the UAE national football team's matches in Group A of the final Asian qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The UAE is in Group A with Qatar, Iran, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and North Korea.
The UAE's first qualifier is against Qatar on 5th September, followed by two home matches against Iran on 10th September and North Korea on 10th October. They will then play Uzbekistan away on 15th October and Kyrgyzstan on 14th November.
The second leg starts on 19th November with Qatar, followed by matches against Iran on 20th March, North Korea on 25th March, Uzbekistan on 5th June, and Kyrgyzstan on 10th June, all in the UAE.
