Salem bin Abdulrahman is present at the Sudanese Social Centre annual ceremony.

Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ruler's Office, recently attended the annual event of the Sudanese Social Centre in Sharjah. This event celebrated the achievements of Sudanese creatives, high school students, and university graduates. The event took place at Al Zahra Hall in the Women's College at the University of Sharjah. It started with the UAE and Sudan national anthems, followed by Quranic recitations. The Centre's efforts to honor talented individuals and students were highlighted in a visual presentation.

Omar Ahmed Khojali, Head of the Sudanese Social Centre and the Sudanese Community in Sharjah, expressed gratitude to the UAE leadership and H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for supporting the Sudanese community. He also congratulated the students and professionals recognized for their academic and professional excellence, including awards in literature, science, media, and sports.

The ceremony featured performances by artists Dr. Saad El-Din El-Tayeb and Louay Abdelaziz. Sheikh Salem presented Career Excellence Awards to Sudanese professionals and honored artist and theatre director Mohammed Naeem Saad for his contributions. Outstanding graduates from secondary schools and universities were also recognized.
