The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure acknowledges the partners of the 'Manzili' bundle.
Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, emphasized that the Ministry is dedicated to providing high-quality services that align with the goals of the leadership and meet the needs of the citizens.
He made these remarks during a ceremony held today to acknowledge the partners who are involved in the Manzili bundle, which was recently approved by the UAE Cabinet.
The bundle offers 18 housing services to citizens through collaboration with 24 federal and local government entities. It simplifies the customer journey and the required documents by reducing the involved entities from 11 to 1 and the documents from 10 to 2. The procedures have been reduced from 14 to 3 steps, and the service fields from 32 to 5.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of government entities that contributed to the success of the initiative. Al Mazrouei thanked the partners for their contributions to the Manzili bundle and emphasized that it was only possible through collaboration.
He stated, “The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, represented by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, is proud to play an active role in driving government housing. We fully understand the challenges our citizens face in finding decent residences, so we developed the Manzili bundle to provide a range of housing services through a unified platform. Manzili is yet another major step in our journey to enhance family stability by providing decent residences to citizens. The new bundle of services is part of our ongoing effort to streamline our processes and aligns with the objectives of advancing digital transformation and adopting technological solutions in designing future services.”
The Minister stressed that acknowledging partners reflects the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with its stakeholders to achieve its objectives. He said, “We look forward to further cementing our collaborative approach to integrating innovation and sustainability into our processes. Our partners play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions for our initiatives, and we aim to capitalize on their strengths to achieve more successes in the future. By joining forces with our partners, we are developing new initiatives that contribute to a better quality of life and improved environmental and economic sustainability.”
At the end of the ceremony, the partners expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for the kind gesture and their willingness to continue supporting government initiatives that enhance the UAE’s sustainable development.
