The RAK Ruler has issued a resolution to restructure the Board of Directors of the Emirates Cultural and Sports Club.

H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has issued a resolution to restructure the Board of Directors of the Emirates Cultural and Sports Club. According to the resolution, the Board will be chaired by Mahmoud Hassan Mohammed Al Shamsi, with Engineer Ismail Hassan Al Balooshi as First Deputy Chairman, and Ahmed Mohammed Shamlan Al-Nuaimi as Second Deputy Chairman. The Board will also include several other members. The Board's term shall be two years from the date of issuance. This resolution is effective immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
