The Youth Council has introduced initiatives to support young entrepreneurs and empower the youth.

Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC)'s du division has introduced educational programs aimed at promoting technological proficiency and innovation among young people.

One of these initiatives is the "Skillpreneurship" program, designed to empower youth by providing a platform for them to utilize their talents for entrepreneurial endeavors and personal development. This program encourages skills sharing and trading within the company for monetary rewards, fostering a culture of self-reliance and internal talent utilization. Through engaging workshops available in both physical and online formats, individuals can offer their skills within the organization and to external entities such as educational institutions and businesses, resulting in mutual benefits and cost savings. This approach has inspired participants to explore and showcase their hidden talents, positively impacting personal fulfillment and the broader community, with over 200 attendees in the initial workshops.

Additionally, du has launched a Robotics workshop, a certified program tailored to enhance participants' innovation skills through engaging, hands-on experiences in robotics.
