The UAE Team ADQ has announced its lineup for the Tour de France Femmes, which is set to take place from August 12 to August 18. The team has assembled a strong roster, including Sofia Bertizzolo, Mikayla Harvey, Lizzie Holden, Karolina Kumiega, Erica Magnaldi, Silvia Persico, and Karlijn Swinkels.

For the Tour de France Femmes, UAE Team ADQ will be introducing a Special Edition Jersey. The jersey, themed "Connecting Dots of Opportunity," reflects the team's core values and their commitment to excelling on the global stage. The design of the jersey showcases symbolic elements that highlight the team's journey of female empowerment, diversity, and leadership in women's cycling. The central "Eye" represents each rider's unique vision, the lines symbolize continuous growth and unity, and the colors, derived from the riders' home countries' flags, celebrate the diversity and inclusivity of the team.

Melissa Moncada, the Head of UAE Team ADQ, expressed her excitement about the upcoming Tour de France Femmes, describing it as the highlight of their racing season. She emphasized the team's readiness to face this challenge and their eagerness to demonstrate the strength and spirit of the UAE Team ADQ riders. Moncada also unveiled the Special Edition Jersey, stating that it symbolizes the team's unity, strength, and diversity, serving as a representation of the opportunities they create for women in cycling.

The 2024 Tour de France Femmes will span seven days and cover eight stages, totaling 946 kilometers (588 miles). The initial three stages will take place in the Netherlands, with two stages scheduled for August 13, including a shorter stage and an individual time trial. The race will then move to Belgium, covering roads known from classic races like the Amstel Gold Race and Liège–Bastogne–Liège. As the race enters France, it will continue southward, culminating with two final stages in the Alps, featuring a dramatic summit finish at Alpe d'Huez, which stands at an elevation of 1,850 meters.
